Where are you based?
Maui, Hawai'i, USA. All of our products are designed and printed right here in the USA and shipped from the USA.
Where do you ship to?
We do domestic and international shipping via USPS.
Orders are processed and shipped every Friday. Once shipped, orders take approximately:
USA: 7-10 business days
Canada: 7-14 business days
International: 4-6 weeks
My order never arrived. Lost or stolen shipments.
J3:XVI is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments once shipped and tracking information has been provided.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed.
I washed my shirt and it shrunk, can I return it?
Sorry, we do not offer returns/exchanges for non-resell-able used/worn merchandise.
